Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver all orders within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

              Extreme weather conditions

              Government regulations

              Force majeure events including civil disturbances, strikes, or natural disasters

All orders will be scheduled for delivery no earlier than the third business day from the date of order confirmation.


Customer’s Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

              Full name of the recipient

              Complete delivery address, including:

              Flat/Bungalow number

              Building/Apartment name

              Road/Street name

              City, State, and Pin Code

              Contact number (mobile or landline)

              A recognizable landmark

              A valid email address for communication


Failed Delivery Attempts

Sensae Private Limited will attempt one delivery. If the delivery fails due to any of the following reasons, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery:

              Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

              Recipient not available at the given address

              Recipient refuses to accept the order

              Delivery handed over to a third party per customer instructions

              Incorrect or unreachable contact information

In the event of a force majeure situation, re-delivery will be arranged at our discretion based on prevailing conditions.


Tracking
Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number (if available) will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

We encourage customers to monitor their shipments and contact us promptly if they observe delays or issues.


Insurance and Liability

Orders shipped by Sensae Private Limited are not insured. Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Claims regarding damages or missing items must be made immediately during delivery.


Delays in Shipping

If a product is unavailable or processing is delayed, certain orders may require 10–15 business days to ship. Customers will be notified via email or phone if there is any delay in processing their order.


Event-Specific Orders

For orders intended for events or festivals where timely delivery is crucial, we recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance.

For urgent delivery requirements, please contact us before placing the order.


Serviceable Areas

Currently, we ship products within India, to select serviceable cities. If your delivery location is not serviceable, you will be informed via email.

Right to Modify or Cancel
