Return and Refund Policy – Sensiv Care LLP

Thank you for choosing to shop with Sensiv Care LLP.

Due to the nature of our products, items with less than 2 months of shelf life from the purchase date are not eligible for return or refund.


Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging and condition.


Refund Scenarios

We offer full refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You don’t receive delivery within 30 days due to a failure on our end to ship.

  • The shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

  • You receive products that are damaged, contaminated, or spoiled.
    Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund, regardless of expiry.

Refunds (once approved) will be processed within 10 working days to your original method of payment.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be provided if:

  • You don’t like the product after delivery or it doesn’t meet personal expectations.

  • An incorrect/incomplete address was given.

  • The recipient was unavailable at the delivery time.

  • You refuse to accept the delivery.

  • The delivery was made to a person/address authorized by the customer.

  • Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

  • The product was tampered with or altered after delivery.


⚠️ Important Note

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options at checkout.
