Thank you for choosing to shop with Sensiv Care LLP.
Due to the nature of our products, items with less than 2 months of shelf life from the purchase date are not eligible for return or refund.
✅ Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund:

Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging and condition.
✅ Refund Scenarios
We offer full refunds or replacements in the following situations:

You don’t receive delivery within 30 days due to a failure on our end to ship.

The shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

You receive products that are damaged, contaminated, or spoiled.
Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund, regardless of expiry.
Refunds (once approved) will be processed within 10 working days to your original method of payment.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be provided if:

You don’t like the product after delivery or it doesn’t meet personal expectations.

An incorrect/incomplete address was given.

The recipient was unavailable at the delivery time.

You refuse to accept the delivery.

The delivery was made to a person/address authorized by the customer.

Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

The product was tampered with or altered after delivery.
